Limited Lifetime Warranty

KB Industries, Inc. extends a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser of the Fire Stump brand product that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship. In the event that the Fire Stump brand product purchased is defective, KB Industries, Inc. will replace the defective product or part (at the discretion of KB Industries, Inc.). For warranty service please email us at help@fire-stump.com. This warranty in not intended to apply to any defects or failures from abuse, misuse or commercial use of the product. KB INDUSTRIES, INC. SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
